As a brand storyteller and marketing strategist,
I find meaning in shaping brands that people don’t just recognize — they relate to. My work lies at the intersection of creativity and emotion, where stories evolve into experiences and marketing becomes a form of connection.

Between June 2021 and September 2025, I served as Head of Marketing for Roastery Coffee House and Colocal Chocolates, leading the creative direction and campaign strategy that defined both brands. From digital storytelling and film production to on-ground experiences, I worked to translate brand values into moments that felt human, familiar, and real.

During this time, I was part of the core team that witnessed Roastery’s growth from two outlets to eleven, including one all the way in Helsinki, Finland — a launch campaign I personally led. Working closely with the founders allowed me to explore ideas without boundaries, and together we built brands that became known for their distinct identity, emotional resonance, and creative experimentation.

Before that, I ran my own social media marketing company (2014–2020) — a zero-capital venture started from my bedroom. I wrote, designed, and planned digital campaigns for brands across industries. Among these, my most meaningful collaboration was with IJM (International Justice Mission), an NGO rescuing victims of trafficking. Our communication work helped spread safety awareness across rural Bengal — and for the first time, I felt that my work could make a tangible difference.

Through my entrepreneurial venture Grow Guide, I was inducted by the ruling party of West Bengal to train their staff for better efficiency ahead of the 2024 General Elections — an experience that deepened my belief in the power of clarity and empathy in communication.
Of all my roles, the one closest to my heart is being a mother to two young children — a toddler and a baby. I became a mother in 2021, just as my career was ascending, and I believe motherhood didn’t slow me down — it expanded my perspective, deepened my creativity, and strengthened my sense of purpose.

If you have an idea or a brand that needs a story, an identity,
or a spark — I’d love to talk.
